Product Returns

If you wish to return a product, you may do so within 14 calendar days from the day you received it, taking into account the following conditions:

Returns are only accepted if the product is unused and in its original condition.

For hygiene reasons, no returns are accepted on earrings

No exchanges or returns are accepted for products sold in Bazaar actions.

When returning a product you have two options:

1. Product Replacement
In case of replacement of a non-defective product you will incur the following charges:

• Return costs: €2.20

• Cash on delivery cost of the new package: €2

2. Refunds
In this case, you will be responsible for the return costs.

Your refund will be made as follows:

On your debit / credit card, if the order payment has been made through it.

To the bank account you have filled in on the return form, if the order has been paid for by cash on delivery.

Your refund will be made within 30 days of receiving the products from our company.

In case of any defect, eg the product has been damaged or broken inside the packaging during shipping, a replacement is only made if we are informed on the day of receipt. Beyond this time period replacement is not possible.

In this case, the defective product is replaced with a new one and you are not charged any additional fees.

In case of our error, we will refund you in full the money corresponding to the value of the order and the shipping costs.

In this case you are not charged any additional fees.

NOTES
In the event that the return is not made within the period of 14 calendar days from the day of receipt or some of the return conditions are not met, www.emilieexclusive.gr has the right not to accept the products back and not to proceed with their replacement or money return.

In any case, it is necessary to present the receipt and the return form.

The products you wish to return can only be sent to us via our partner courier company (ACS Courier).

REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCTS
In case of any defect, e.g. the product has been damaged or broken inside the package during shipping, then we replace the defective product with a new one.

In case you wish to replace a product with another product code, fill in your choice on the return form. The new product will be priced at the prices and discounts in effect on the day the return is shipped.

RETURN PROCEDURE
Step 1. Fill in the return form you will find in the package you received or by clicking here or call +30 6978616305 to inform us about it.

Step 2. Pack the product in the packaging it was sent in to avoid damage during transport. Place the return form and a photocopy of the purchase receipt in the same package.

Step 3. Send the package with ACS Courier, to the company GREEK DESIGN INSPIRATIONS EE, Shipping address: ACS SYNATAGMATOS – GREEK DESIGN INSPIRATIONS – Mitropoleos 64, Athens – Syntagma, 10563.

NOTES
Returns are only sent to the address listed in Step 3.

Returns are not accepted to another company address or to Émilie physical stores.

In case the package arrives and it turns out that the return conditions detailed above do not apply, the product will not be accepted.
